Our Services
We identify and establish a personalized program for each Elder. This is done in conjunction with each family member as we start building our relationship with the Elder and families.
Our emphasis is on holistic wellness and maximizing an Elder's potential and capabilities.
Each Elder can expect the following from our team:
- breakfast provided when you want in each dining room between 7 and 10 am.
- nutritious meals established by our dietitian that meet the Canadian Food Guide
- medication reminders
- support with daily and weekly housekeeping
- life enrichment programs
- a secure living environment, both indoor and outdoor
- access to nursing support via our Elder Coordinator
- access to home care support when care needs change (as specified by the Home Care Access Coordinators)
- access to animals
In addition to the abundant indoor space, the Irene Baron Eden Centre has a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a long and winding walking path. We also have a large covered patio area, shared with River East Personal Care Home, that provides shade on hot days and protection from the elements. Lastly, a gazebo is also accessible for our Elders and family members who wish to have private BBQ's in the summer.
Other Services
The Irene Baron Eden Centre also provides other amenities to Elders that are not included with their monthly rent such as:
- on-site hair dresser
- outings throughout the year (see calendar for up-coming events under the News and Events tab)

Guest Meals
If you wish to have a meal with your Elder, please contact the kitchen at (204) 667-7747, extension 3 to order your meal. Please be advised that there is a cost for these meals. |
